Colloidal glasses
Glassy state is attained when system fails to reach equilibrium due to crowding of constituent particles
In molecular glasses, glassy state is reached by rapidly lowering the temperature
In colloidal glasses, glassy state is reached by increasing the concentration of the jamming entity above random loose packing threshold leading to a disordered state
Common examples: toothpaste, hair gel, shaving foam, concentrated suspensions, emulsions, etc.
