X-ray powder diffraction pattern, field emission scanning electron microscope image and Fourier transform infrared
spectra of synthesized zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) confirm hexagonal crystal, hexagonal wurtzite structureand characteristic of mode (E$_2$)
