    • Abstract

       

      A simple way to stereoselective synthesis of pyrrolopyrrolo[2,1-a]isoquinoline derivatives has been developed with mild reaction condition and easily available substrate. A new kind of heterocycles, 10’,14’-diazaspiro[pyrrolidine-3,11’-tetracyclo[8.6.0.02,7,012,16]hexadecane]-2’(7’),4’,6’,8’-tetraene-2,5,13’,15’-tetrone derivatives is disclosed.
