    • Abstract

       

      The specific heat capacity (Cp), thermal conductivity (λ), and thermal diffusivity (a) were measured for polycrystalline ZnIn2Se4 in the 300 to 600 K range. Measurements were performed using the flash method. The results showed that the mechanism of heat transfer is mainly due to phonons, whereas the contribution of electrons and dipoles are negligible.
