G V Satyavati
M.D. (1966, BHU), FNASc, Founder Fellow NAMS. Retired as Director General of the ICMR (the only woman DG). The numerous awards she has received include, Distinguished Career Award of South Asian Society of Atherosclerosis and Thrombosis, Mahila Shiromani (Women Achiever's) Award. At present she is associated with the D.N. Prasad Memorial Foundation.
