Priya Davidar
Ph.D. (1980, Bombay), was a Senior Fellow of the Smithsonian Institution and was elected President of the Association for Tropical Biology and Conservation in 2009. She is at the Department of Ecology and Environmental Sciences, Pondicherry University, Puducherry. Her area of specialization is tropical ecology and conservation biology.
