Ph.D. (1998, Pune), was awarded the Yashwantrao Kelkar Youth Award and the Adishakti Award. Recipient of World Technology Award in 'Environment' category. Member of the Project Team which won the prestigious International Ashden award for renewable energy. She works on biomass energy, appropriate technology, and sustainable development.
