Star Chart

The North-South line is to be taken as vertically downward. Three bright stars in the neighbourhood Deneb, Vega and Altair form the Summer Triangle. Starting from Deneb trace out the two wings of the Swan along the NW and SE directions. Lyra can be located through the star Vega. Altair forms the head of Aquila (Eagle). Further south, Capricornus has a large crescent moon shaped structure.
