Resonance plans to bring out a CD with chemistry related softwares which are available in the public domain (freeware and shareware). This CD will include software for: Spectroscopy, structure drawing and visualization, computational chemistry, chemistry education and miscellaneous useful utilities. Only a limited number of copies will be made. This CD is likely to be made ready for distribution in May 2001 and would approximately cost Rs.100 each (costs of production of CD plus postage).
