PLEASE NOTE
In the May issue, Resonance advertised prominently a Public Eye Experiment
to be conducted during the Transit of Venus event of June 8, 2004. A
Reporting Form was attached for the readers of Resonance who wished
to participate in the experiment and record their observations.
We are glad to note nine (9) individuals have responded. Their names
are displayed below. Many more may have participated but we have no
way of knowing. We note that the response has been region specific with
a concentration from Nagpur. Part of the reason of this uneven distribution
is that on that day the weather did not cooperate in most of the regions
of the country. The cloudiness interrupted and in many cases severely
hampered the observations.
