4. Subscriptions accepted for calendar year only (January to December)

5. Agency discount to booksellers, 10% (for subscriptions for institutions and schools and colleges only). Booksellers should furnish full name, postal address and email address of clients along with their order.
Orders without client name and postal and email addresses will not be accepted.
6. Free specimen copies available on request (institutions and schools and colleges only) (email orders at ias dot ernet dot in)

7. Payment
By single demand draft in favour of 'Indian Academy of Sciences' covering the full order (use of separate DDs for individual journals is discouraged).

Payment can also be made by electronic transfer (details below). Electronic transfer payment should be followed by copy of order form by post for confirmation of order.

8. Claims for missing issues should be lodged within three months from date of publication.

9. Personal subscriptions
(i) Personal subscriptions are accepted for bonafide individual use only, for a minimum period of two years (2012–2013 current).
(ii) Subscriptions will be for calendar years only (January 2012 to December 2013 current).
(iii) A single order is limited to a maximum of two journals from 1 to 9 plus Resonance and Current Science.
(iv) Back issues cannot be supplied.
(v) Full name, complete postal address, telephone number and email address of subscriber required.
(vi) Personal subscription copy must be for personal use and must not be passed on to a library.
(vii) Claims for missing issues should be lodged within three months from date of publication.
10. Personal subscriptions - longer period
Current Science: 3 years, Rs 1750; 5 years, Rs 3000.
Resonance: 3 years, Rs 650; 5 years, Rs 1100.
